"My partner was on crutches & just getting to the hostel was very difficult. We were booked in at a room which she literally could not get to. However, the staff were brilliant & swapped us to a room with easier access. She then phoned Whitby up and organised one of the new tents for us the next night.Both stays were brilliant,as we're the staff.Could not fault them in any way whatsoever. I'm 71,my partner is55,and neither of us can wait to take our next hosteling adventure!"

"Got room with view of Whitby Abbey. Lovely stay and it pet friendly. My dog is nervous and good time. People don't mind of her. But it not allow in dining room for breakfast. Have her leave in room. She don't like it. Payment is automatically online as host do not have card machine. "
