"Overall my stay was lovely. I would recommend the rooms have better lighting as our lamp on the table kept going in and out. So the room was too dim for me. There is no full mirror in the rooms. Also there needs to be more usb connections for the phones. All power outlets were behind the bed or across the room and only one under phone in the room. So bottom line modernize the rooms please. Other than that the property was beautiful, the staff was awesome, the food pretty decent and the location was great! I would highly recommend this place. "

"Gorgeous, clean, renovated room! Loved the screened in porch. We had excellent food/beverage service by the beach and pool. Loved the pickleball court, and enjoyed a delicious meal at Opus. It was nice being at a resort that has good food, but is not difficult to get a table or reservation. Housekeeping was fantastic. Only negative experience was the bellman upon check-in who had an attitude that he could not be bothered, and seemed very annoyed that we wanted to store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. We had medication etc that couldn’t sit in our hot car. Other than that, excellent and friendly staff!! Thanks for a great stay. We will be back! "

"Location wasn’t bad but the place need total renovation; need to be cleaned. Would not recommend to my worse enemy. Breakfast area didn’t look clean. The only time I allow them to clean my room ; they did give me enough towels; was out of toilet paper and didn’t get any. ; had to look for someone to get me some. Floor was left dirty. "

"Bar and staff were phenomenal, rooms can use an upgrade but definitely not horrible. It’s just hard to track what activities and restaurants are open since we get a paper print out of the info and mine went swimming day one. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Pros: nice room, dinners were good, beautiful beach Cons: 5 star price…3 star service. Island time is definitely a thing, and that’s okay unless you want to charge premium prices. Took 40 minutes to get a shuttle to one of the villages, while the whole time an empty shuttle was sitting out front, but no one would take it (even though it worked). 1.5 hour wait to one of the restaurants for 2 people that had multiple open tables, when I inquired about it, they said they were being held, but they explicitly told us no holds or reservations. Some of the staff were awesome, but as a whole most seemed disinterested with a “not my job” attitude. Overall: if you have young kids, probably a great place. Lots of pools, great beach and several things geared towards children. If you have teenagers or no kids and expect service comparable to the price tag, stay somewhere else. "
