"Absolutely amazing stay at the Rookery Hotel. Staff all went above and beyond. Truly exceptional Hotel set in the most amazing grounds. It was my partners birthday and they really went out of there way to make him feel special. The restaurant was beautiful and the food created by some very talented chefs was delicious. "Not as advertised at all. Main picture of brick building is in fact a pub across the canal. Heating not working so they put oil rads in two rooms. I could have stayed as usual in the Rookery for less money. This is one case where you “don’t get what you paid for” Stay away it is awful!"
