"Very nice and clean hotel! All of the staff were friendly and made our stay very easy. My one “complaint” is that housekeeping knocked on our door 3 hours before checkout to “confirm” we were checking out. I find that odd given how early it was and it was the day of our checkout so I think it’s safe to assume we intended on checking out that day."
"When I first arrived to the room we weren’t helped to check into the room. The lady was chit chatting with a friend and not checking us in. Luckily her coworker saw and she helped us. Then when we first got to the room. The door to the bathroom was broken. The first night we ended up getting stuck in the bathroom.
