"The breakfast staff was excellent. Kept everything topped up and tables clean. Parking by room made unloading and re-loading vehicle very convenient. Wasn’t happy we were changed from 2 queens to king, but managed. Unaware of $200 temp fee when checking in. Correcting have 3 pending charges on visa which we anticipate will resolve."

"Good experience overall. The staff were all friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The shower could have used some attention, with some scale buildup around the base. There was also a heart-shaped hot tub in the room that was out of order. However, we neither requested nor wanted to use it, so it wasn’t really an issue for us. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."

"The Burley's Garden and Suite was very beautiful. The suite was cozy and warm. The hostess, Margaret welcomed us with a smile and a big hello. She showed us around the suite and was very inviting. This location is in a quiet area and away from excessive noises. Margaret, gave us a great suggestion for dinner and breakfast to a restaurant that is literally a two min walk from the driveway. We will definitely be staying there again for sure."

"Me and my partner stayed in the Premier Suite 122. It was excellent! Barely any noise from other guests (even being near the breakfast area). The breakfast itself was fine, and there was always a variety of items to choose. Everything in the room was clean!!! And well maintained. The AC and fireplace both worked really good once we figured them out. The jetted tub was very soothing. We tried out the pool and hot tub as well, they met our needs. The room itself was a little dated in decor, but it was very spacious and comfortable. Very handy having our own sink, microwave and fridge. It was also nice having our own deck we could walk off of and down to the dock and watch the wildlife. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were even granted a late check out we requested. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Best Western Otonabee. Get the Premier Suite if you can!"

"We had a great stay at Apsley Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location is convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
