"We arrived in town around noon and were hoping we could check-in early. The lady behind the desk was happy to help & she did! Very clean hotel and room. We go to Pinetop every year and will return to this hotel every time moving forward."

"What seemed different was on the 2nd floor was a very thick cushiony carpet, which help the first-floor people. Sometimes the 2nd floor noises at other hotels can be a problem."

"I enjoyed the cabin look outside and the suttle atmosphere inside. Very cozy and it was impeccable cleanliness. The owner let my son and I check in early with no questions asked. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay even tho it was short. I really don't have anything to say about what I did not like. It was above and beyond the service anyone could ask for. My son and I were in cabin 11 The neighbor had a yellow lab dog. She was very well behaved. I have to give our neighbor a high 5 For his training of a wonderful animal "
