"The carpets were cleaned the day I arrived and the staff would not put me in a room where the carpet was already dry. They lied and said they were 100% full when they were not! The carpet in my room was WET and I had to wear shoes to avoid wet feet. The assistant manager told me she couldn't print me a receipt for my credit card to prove it hadn't been charged because I had booked through Expedia. I told her I always booked through Expedia and received a receipt so she turned around and printed one after telling me she couldn't. Her attitude was awful for a service professional. I would tell anyone I know to never stay at this hotel."

"The room was nice and clean. The ac worked well. House keeping was not a daily thing however. No issues with our dog staying. Overall very happy with our stay and look forward to staying again. "

"Decent room accommodations. The outside needs a good power wash because it felt dirty. The printer had no ink and the manager had no clue that it was empty. Little things add up. Overall, a good location for what we needed, but could use some cleaning. It did smell like bleach so I think they sanitize 😳"
