"Great given the price. The people at the front desk were very nice. When we arrived early (due to our flight) they let us leave our luggage at the hotel and told us they could check us in 3 hours early if we came back at noon. Just a heads up, right now they have a deal that if you order through their site you get free breakfast! Not sure if that deal is still on but we saw signs/posters for it :)"

"Lovely hotel, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room was large, bed was huge, shower was wonderful. We were a little worried to receive an email 24hrs before our stay saying there would be building work outside our room from 7:30am. This felt underhanded, as I would have booked a different hotel if I’d been told about this at time of booking. However, the windows are so well sound proofed, that it really didn’t negatively impact on our stay, other than feeling they’d been dishonest with us before we’d even arrived. The breakfast was strong, and very good value at £22 per head when you consider it counted a cooked to order hot breakfast, tea, coffee, juices, toast and full continental selection. Somehow we were charged for breakfast for two nights, when we had stayed only one. I realised when I saw our receipt, and the staff quickly rectified the mistake and refunded us - with hindsight they should have let us check the bill before we paid. Altogether this is a lovely luxury hotel, and half the price of the Blytheswood on the other side of the block. We’d definitely stay again. "
