"Staff was great, particularly Jean at the front desk, who helped us out with some extra details that made our stay great and who was just really nice. The hotel has been recently renovated so the Expedia listing is out of date- it definitely has an elevator, and the common areas are super nice, including the outdoor fire pit patio and pool. Our handicapped room was spacious and appropriately accessible, particularly the spacious shower. Everything was spotless. The other staff we encountered were professional and friendly."
"I was only there for one night during travels but I found it to be a great place to stop. My room was comfortable and clean and the staff that I interacted with were great. I had my two small dogs and there is a lot of space to walk them. I also appreciated that they put me in an end room so it was very easy to get in and out with the dogs."
Comfort Inn & Suites Verona at Turning Stone Resort Casino
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet! Breakfast was good with lots of variety for everyone’s tastes. The common room where we had breakfast was very tidy and they were quick to keep up with it. The courtesy shuttle to the casino for dinner was a nice touch. I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area in the shade for a little peace and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again."
"We spent a night here on our way back from Canada, and the hotel was great! Right off I-90, the rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable, they also offer free bfast which is a plus! There is also many restaurants within walking distance of this hotel."
"We came late. Woman at desk was new, but was doing a great job of handling multiple customers with small issues. She accidentally double charged us, but didn't want to delay us getting rest, so went ahead and gave us our key and promised she would have the situation handled by the time I came back to checkout in the morning. The place is older and not very "pretty", but I was impressed with the cleanliness and with the customer service. I came back in the morning and the Manager was on site and confirmed he had already removed the extra charge. We did not have time to stay for breakfast and cannot review that portion. All I really care about is that the place was clean and no noticeable bugs and that their customer service was excellent."
