"Clean, modern, well-designed room, very well situated for the CBS Arena. Is on a busy main road which can get noisy, The TV has an array of options, e.g. Netflix, but finding basic terrestial channels was a challenge with no instructions."

"The house had cockroaches and bugs all over it. The kitchen was dirty and unwashed the same for the fridge and there was rotten meat in the fridge giving off a horrid smell. We rented the whole house butbthe owner was still there and refused to leave. He also told us "no noise after 11" we didnt stay the full time and had to leave. I am requesting a full refund "

"I have become a recent convert to the Holiday Inn. The Birmingham Airport NEC is no exception. The hotel has well-equipped rooms with decent showers and good air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. There is plenty of parking, even arriving at 8pm. I was impressed with the lounge facilities that had a bar and TVs. The breakfast was good and the service exceptional (Nishu, Padma and colleagues)."

"The hotel is very clean but the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. The staff are amazing and so helpful and nice. The pool was lovely. The food was excellent and lots of choice. The family thoroughly enjoyed."

"Stayed in the genting suite and it was amazing. The room was so spacious and great value for the price. My only criticism would be that there wasn’t a balcony or terrace and that was the only thing that could have made this room any better. The spa was fantastic especially the outdoor hot tub. Staff were friendly and welcoming and check in was quick and easy. "
