"Stayed for 4 nights and even though our a/c wasn’t working when we arrived we were definitely compensated well and truly, definitely great customer service considering the situation otherwise our place was clean and buffet breakfast was excellent "

"We stayed in one of the Palm Bungalows and loved the size, privacy and it was a highlight to see the wallabies each day walking around. Having coffee with the koalas each morning at the cafe' was a huge bonus as well. This place is very special. It was nice to have access to catamarans, kayaks, and transportation to the town and airport included. We loved having hiking trails and extensive beach access available. My one 'area of development' would be that it would be nice to have deep clean in the bathroom during my stay and removal of plates used from the room vs. leaving them during our stay. Since there are so many included amenities (thank you) please consider having a complimentary coffee stand for a quick coffee to go before the cafe' opens. All in all though would highly recommend. This place is fabulous! "

"Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"Wow! The view from the balcony was sensational! We travel quite abit and this was by far the cleanest holiday rental we have ever been in! Everything was spotless! Thoughtful additions like cooking stuff - oil, salt n pepper in the pantry .. paper towel etc We were early and the owner and cleaners were still there and let us in to change into our island wear while they finished… super friendly and wonderfull hosts! Having a buggy to get around is a must and being included just made the whole experience seemless.. We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and we are already planning on returning next year! "
