Her attention, kindness, and seamless care transformed an already beautiful resort into a truly memorable experience. Only gripe was the visa surcharge when settling the bill and the weekend surcharges at the restaurants, which seems unnecessary especially as they don’t take cash so no other way to pay. When you’re spending so much, this seems an over the top charge. "
