"The property is very well located. Great services, loved the free airport shuttle, great supply of beach towels. Great amenities, fabulous staff. Could have done with more staff at times and the property is starting to show its age. Probably due a deep clean too. "

"So clean and new, fresh vibe. Food was great. The staff are outstanding. Best pool in the Whitsundays. Only one bit of feedback - the beds are terrible, incredibly uncomfortable. I hope they are replaced by the next time we come back. "

"The location was incredible. The rooms were arranged to take advantage of the incredible views. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spacious and luxurious . We appreciated that it was in a quiet location in busy Airlie Beach"

"Loved the location of the hotel, so close to the best restaurants in Airlie and a spectacular view over the water. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. "

"Air conditioning was a life saver. The rooms were great for price. Could maybe upgrade the mattress as some of the bunk bed mattresses were a bit thin, otherwise adequate enough for short stays. But overall it was a great place to stay. "
