"I got there on my side to check in and it was 10:30 pm and the very condescending lady who did not seem to care to be there said she had no room available and mine still needed to be cleaned. 1030 PM good gravy. So after I told her I just wanted a room and to go bed she got me another room on the far side Cherokee tower so I had to take my luggage back to the garage and go to my car and then drive to the other side and then haul my luggage to another room. Better room, same price. I wasn’t going to pay more. An extra 45 min to just check in. Thanks….. many of the employees need trained in making the guests feels more welcomed. That lady flexes attitude instantly. Water off this duck’s back. Nice room and what a nice casino. Train the work force on hospitality please. "

"Found this little gem on a whim. Conveniently located and within walking distance to shopping and dining. Cute little coffee bar in the front lobby with a variety of coffee, creamers, teas and hot chocolate! Room was very clean and beds/pillows were comfy. High recommend! "

"yes, there were shops nearby. The parking was okay but a little tight for a full size pickup. The room was really dirty, floors, the recliner, the bath room was also unclean. The room was advertised as handicap accessible, the shower did have grab bars but the toilet was low with no grab bars. I only walk with handicap aid such as canes or walkers and I certainly require grab bars around a toilet. Before bringing our bags into the room, my wife asked the staff if we could have a different room with at least grab bars around the toilet and we were told there were none available until the next day and then she was not sure that room would have grab bars in the shower. She told my wife that she could not be expected to know what every room had. We did stay the night but will never return. The room ended up costing us $179.00 for the one night, a Friday night why the increased cost according to the staff. I assure you this room should never cost anyone $179.00 on any night of the year. It was certainly a rip-off. I believe this motel and the lack of staff care should have some level of QUALITY CONTROL now and in the future. Please don't take negative reviews lightly."
