"The hotel was great! Free hot breakfast was great!!! Everything was fantastic, except for the pool!!! I tell you the "big kids" were so loud i mean screaming loud and so rough just splashing and throwing each other aggressively now mind you i have a 7 and 4 year old trying to float and enjoy their time. Well that didn't happen! Each time we tried they just took over!! I told the front desk and she said oh thank you for letting us know.... Ummm ok fix it!!! Anyways the stay was great just don't expect to enjoy the pool area because they have no control of the idiotic people who do not know how to act like normal people!! "

"We stayed here for 3 nights in a 2-bedroom suite with our young kids and it was great. The suite is really a 2 BR 2 full bathroom apartment and it had everything we needed. The hotel is also conveniently walkable to everything you’d want to do in downtown Chattanooga. We will definitely stay here again. "

"This is a newer hotel, so it was extremely nice and clean. Everything was is pristine condition. We felt safe, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space to move around in and we didn’t feel cramped. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The warm chocolate chips made it all even better. "
