There was no juice, fountain machine didn't work, hardly any fruit, cutlery and napkin dispenser were not kept full at breakfast. It was an older motel but not as well kept as most staybridge suites we have stayed at. I'm sure the clerk at desk when we checked in was new but took 15 minutes or more to check in and room was booked online

Not worth the cost. The AC in the lobby and breakfast area was not working properly. We had to switch one room as there were cockroaches. The OJ machine didn't work and the soda ice machine was out of ice.

The hotel itself is okay. Ice machines and juice machines were broken. Our room was not fully stocked. Hotel has an odor in the hallways. The toilet wouldn’t fill after flushes. Shower drains slow. A friend staying there as well was given a room that had dirty sheets still on and leaky windows in the rain.

We were hopeful our stay would be a clean one due to the reviews and pictures online, however that was not the case. Our family was in town for a softball tournament so we really just needed clean beds and hot showers at the end of each day. The pull out couch bed that had a giant yellow stain on the mattress. Our pillow cases had questionable hairs and fresh stains (not washed) on them. There was a dead critter hanging out of the light fixture in the kitchen. Mosquitos everywhere which probably was due to the broken windows that allowed a decent amount of rain into our room. It was not the best experience, but that being said, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Very helpful when we asked for fresh bedding and the breakfast was decent enough. Hope they get this addressed becaused this was a place with potential. (*Tried adding photos of yellow stain and critter but it won't let me unfortunately)

Room was okay, size good, infrastructure a bit old, carpet had several spots. Door had some closing issues and the bathroom door frame was broken. Cleaning / room service was not provided on a Monday. Breakfast was good. Checkin easy

Front desk was nice however the room in the picture I booked was unavailable so that wasn’t great. The only ice machine was broken however he did go to the kitchen and give us some so that was nice of him. Went to breakfast at 7 and there was little ready so didn’t get to eat much.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

This was a trip was a very pleasant experience. Orlando went over and beyond to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed for our stay. One morning they were out of hot water and orange juice, so Orlando got us some hot water for our hot chocolate and oatmeal. Then, he offered my friend some orange juice. Also, had a nice conversation with the sweet lady who maintained the breakfast buffet. Even though we were translating from our apps on our phones, we managed with a good conversation. It's the small acts of kindness that goes a long way and it builds a solid business rapport with customers and hotel management. We will definitely be back. One thing that I would like Staybridge to consider, please put towel racks in the bathroom. Where should your quest put their bath towels after they use them? Towel racks are a necessity. Thank you
