Easy location to get to from the highway, great rates, great beds, proper food selections for breakfast and take n bake in your room options from the fridge.

The beds were very comfortable. The check in and out was easy. But the breakfast was not anything like the advertising picture in the lobby. No eggs at all, even though it said there would be. Sausage was dry. Bananas were so green they were like rocks and not edible.

My only complaint was the bed. It saged in the middle bad. So we kept rolling towards the middle. They need new mattresses bad. Other than that our stay was good.

The hotel was quiet and we did not hear any of the other guests. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the air conditioning unit was extremely loud but tollerable

Loved ALL front desk and housekeeping staff! We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights while visiting family, and were welcomed by staff every time we talked in the doors. Breakfast was very good with many options and different choices each day. Our room was spotless and cleaned up each day upon our return. I especially liked the cookies, muffins and flavored water that was available in the lobby during the day. This hotel is on the northeast side of Wichita which was very convenient for the many activities we participated in. We will definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this Towneplace a couple of times now, each time I visit Wichita.. VERY pleased each time! Very clean, GREAT breakfast & the staff is always so kind, so friendly and so welcoming. This is my go to hotel when in Wichita!

The staff was sooo incredibly welcoming at check in…. The room was spotless and the service was on point. Breakfast was awesome!! My son plays baseball at WSU this year so we will be visiting often and this will be our hotel every trip! Thank you!

Nice facility. Great stay.
It was bitterly cold out but the check in desk was happy and very helpful. They were prompt on any issues. We only stayed a night but the little kitchen made it homey and we said we would definitely consider them for a longer stay.

The room was exactly as expected. It was very neat and clean. Even though it is a pet friendly hotel, I didn't hear any dogs barking, and it didn't have an animal smell. The only issue was that there was a blizzard, so getting from the car to the building was a bit slippery, but that was Mother Nature, not the control of the hotel. We will stay here again!
