The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. "I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, it offers itself to be a comfortable hotel for affordable prices. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. However the general maintenance of the room was poor, (cracks and dents in the wall). Also there was an issue with the plumbing, either an air bubble or too much pressure as the taps would groan and open every 10 minutes or so between 9pm and 11pm."

"When I arrived I was allocated a twin room 2 floors up. As I have mobility issues I use the room. There is no lift at the hotel.The receptionist said that was not a problem and offered me a single room on the ground floor. Thank you Olga for that. The room was a bit small but as there was only me it didn't matter. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of hot and cold food. Tea coffee and different juices where available. The breakfast was hot and enjoyable. The price was excellent. The next time I am in London I will be staying there again. Excellent location beside the train station and 10 minutes into the centre of London. Special mention to the staff excellent and very courteous. Well done."
