"I booked because it was booked now, pay later. However, luckily I checked my inbox because the day before arrival they gave me until 3:30pm to pay a $50 fee or they would cancel my reservation. My friend booked directly by phone and was called the day before arrival for the same and refused to give her card info over the phone and her reservation WAS cancelled and she dud not find out until the night we arrived (11:30pm). Luckily they had a room for the night for her. They should not be listed as book now, pay later…and calling asking for credit card info over the phone the day before is not cool, neither is cancelling someone’s reservation who expect to pay at check in. I will not book with them again because of this. Had I not checked my inbox on Expedia the day before, I would have arrive at 11:30 at night after a 2 hour drive and had no room. That’s not cool."
