At breakfast, we were told we hadn’t booked it- no problem, we will just pay! Only to then be treated like thieves for the rest of our breakfast and having the staff talk about us in German (one person in our group spoke German, even though we were speaking English). "Although interior is old and worn, the room and beds are comfortable. Nothing you can complain about for this price. The restaurant is great, the people fantastic."

"We had to stay for one night as a pitstop on our way from Denmark to Croatia. This little hotel is great for this kind of stay, it was so pretty and so clean all over - elder but great. The beds could be better, but it was okay for one night. The staff at the breakfast were so kind and they were fast to help us find to high chairs for our twins so they could sit with us by the table."

"The hotel staff was excellent. They helped us find a lovely local restaurant with authentic German food for the area. They helped us book an early morning taxi for the kids so they could make their flight in Hannover. Thr food was delicious. The room was great."
