I like this hotel because of the location. The staff is also extremely helpfull and friendly. Rooms are Ok, not too modern, but bed is confortable. What I find a pitty is that the TV does not have any news stations like CNN/El Jazeera, BBC World News or even France 24 in english, french or german. and the First German channel has Publicity for buying goods. But I will keep on coming here.

Great business hotel

The staff at the hotel went beyond the normal service to make us feel comfortable. Our flights came in very early and they allowed for early check in, happy to have us over. The breakfast was wonderful

Nice 2 night stay. Very comfortable, quiet, clean room. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was very convenient on day of departure. Very flexible with our check in/ out times. Had great conversations and local history lessons with Tobias! Location is great just a 15 walk to casino and city center. Will stay here again when visiting Wiesbaden.

A Gem!

Loved staying here and will definitely be back. Calm, quiet and just a short walk to the best of Wiesbaden. I was back in Germany after having lived there and couldn’t have stayed anywhere better for my time in this lovely city.

Great place & service

We had a great stay at Fontana Hotel. They took it upon themselves to provide an early checkin knowing we travelled a long distance to get there and were arriving mid morning. They were very friendly and helpful. Our room/suite was very clean and well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. we would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to others.

The Hotel Fontana is my absolute favorite place to stay in Wiesbaden. The owner, management and staff treat every customer with dignity as if they were family. Front desk personnel had inside knowledge of Wiesbaden's events calendar and gave me great tips regarding interesting things to do and see. The breakfast is a full breakfast with hot dishes, continental specialties and fresh fruit. Proximity to the Kurpark, Kurhaus and Stadtmitte is a huge plus.

We stayed here because it's half way between the wine region and the FRA airport. Friendly staff (although English communication was a bit raw) and comfortable room. Basic amenities consider eco-friendly seems to be a big issue in Germany. Breakfast is very basic comparing to other places we stayed during this trip. The biggest drawback is there is no AC, which even in early September is a bit warm by American standards.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Im Hotel kann man die Fenster komplett öffnen und kriegt frische Luft. Sehr angenehm und ruhig. GerĂ€umige Zimmer, bequeme Matratze. Wunderschöne Villen in der Straße. Man kann einen Spaziergang durch den Kurgarten machen um hinzukommen. Wochentags fĂ€hrt 10 minĂŒtig auch ein Bus. Eine Möglichkeit sich Tee/ Kaffee zu machen, fĂ€nde ich toll. Ich fragte nach einem Wasserkocher, den ich auch bekam.

Es una pena que tengan calificado este hotel como excelente, el hotel no llega ni a dos estrellas, aunque estĂĄ en muy buena zona, es viejo y sucio; el elevador es como de carga, las alfombras de TODO el hotel estĂĄn asquerosas, ni quĂ© decir las de las habitaciones, el baño terriblemente pequeño e inseguro. Las camas muy mal, las almohadas parecĂ­an rellenas de borra, hacia un calor terrible en la noche y no hay aire acondicionado. La señorita que atendĂ­a el buffet, de muy mala gana haciendo las cosas y mientras aĂșn estĂĄbamos terminado el desayuno, se sentĂł en una de las mesas donde apenas se habĂ­a levantado un huĂ©sped y se puso a desayunar, sin ofrecer mĂĄs cafĂ© ni nada. Uno de los cristales del salĂłn donde servĂ­an el desayuno, estaba completamente roto y solo tenĂ­a cinta adhesiva, muy peligroso! TenĂ­amos reservadas dos noches y decidimos irnos despuĂ©s de la primera por lo mal que la pasamos y quĂ© dormimos, cuando le dijimos a la recepcionista y le hicimos los comentarios, nos indicĂł que ya iban a remodelarlo, como es posible que tengan abierto un lugar asĂ­, mejor cierren y remodelen, en vez de ofrecer un lugar tan terrible como ese; podrĂ­a tener mucho potencial por la zona. Muy mal!!! PĂ©sima experiencia!!!
