"The room is clean. The staff at the front desk is very friendly . What I didn’t like was when we were on our way to the airport my husband went to the breakfast place and asking just for tap water for his tumbler. We already check out. The staff who is assign in that area refuse to give water to my husband. We were told to get it in our room. I already gave the card key to the front desk. We are not asking for sparkling water just tap water.How you gonna feel if you are in our situation."

"Closer to Zurich central. Walkable distance and would be even better once the construction nearby has been completed. Smaller space with not much privacy. Could do with some basic amenities in the room. It works best for short stays."

"Check in was smooth. Room was okay nothing spectacular. The shower is not private, coffee selection is minimal. If you purchase coffee from the bar/restaurant it’s very expensive and strong. They will tax you on EVERYTHING. We paid in advance for parking and they tax that which was more than the 2 nights of parking. So 2 nights of parking was $120.00 USD. Very minimal food selection on the menu and a plain Cesar salad was over 25.00. McDonald’s is connected to the property so you have that option but small menu and expensive."
