"The bed was comfortable, and the white cotton bedding was nice - what you'd expect from a hotel that touts itself as a luxury spa hotel. But that's where the luxury ends and the pretense begins. They may have an "award-winning chef," but the restaurant was closed when we went down for dinner. Overall, the place has a very 1980s vibe. The room was so dark - no desk lamp even - that I had to create a makeshift area by the sliding glass door where I could use sunlight to put on makeup. There were seven coat hangars for two women in the room, and only one robe. If you use this hotel, go for the overpriced amenities like massage and facials, not the rooms. However, we didn't use these amenities, so I can't say whether they actually existed, much like the restaurant. "

"We stayed at this property during Spring Break, from March 15th to 19th, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its location is very convenient and close to the ski area, which made our trip even better.
The property management team was outstanding, always attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests are comfortable. They are constantly working to improve the property so it best suits the needs of their guests. Their commitment to taking care of tenants truly stands out.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this property for future trips. Highly recommended."
