"The view from our room was amazing, the kids played in the heated pool along with the water slide. It was a nice weekend getaway. "

"The property seemed overall clean and well maintained! Unlike most hotels, you do have to pay for breakfast. 18.99 per person. The restaurant inside of the hotel was very underwhelming, and over priced. To my surprise, they even threw in a gratuity for a to go order. "

"Front desk staff was exceptional. I was able to get checked in quickly and get back to fun. Breakfast was good and had great variety. Room was clean and i had everything i needed. "

"Room had a musty smell. Wet and dirty towels on the floor in the hall. Half eaten food left on a table next to the elevator. The whole place had an overall smell and nasty atmosphere. We left and stayed somewhere else."

"Beach view was amazing! Staff were great and helpful! Room was clean & beds were comfortable! Shower could of had better water pressure but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel had everything there on site. The pizza in the restaurant was very tasty! I liked having an indoor and an outdoor pool and the ping pong table in the pool room. They also had outdoor jenga and connect four for the kids to play. There is beach access on site as well so we didn't need to leave much. Would definitely come back and stay here again!"

"So welcoming. We flew in early (got to the Waterscape around noon) and even though check in time was 4pm they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk area and gave us our wristbands so that we could enjoy the amenities while we waited. We loved staying there. Kids said they had the best time."
