"L endroit est paradisiaque et les chalets sont confortables le petit déjeuner est correct , on a eu un soucis avec la télécommande qui n était pas disponible dans la chambre et après réclamation chez plusieurs personnes on a pu l avoir jusqu’au troisième jour , veille de notre départ . L hygiène aussi est à revoir , quelques cheveux dans l appartement , les draps et les serviettes étaient terni . "

鎖橋からは遠めの部屋でしたが、眺めは文句なしに素晴らしかったです。
窓がもうちょっと広ければさらに良かった。
客室の広さや清潔さは眺めを楽しむには十分ではないでしょうか。
そこを求めるなら標準的な客室より上のグレードで取るのが良さそうです。
スリッパがないという情報がありましたが、比較的良い質のものが部屋に置いてありました。
一つ、冬場でも掛け布団が薄かったので寒がりにはちょっと辛いかもしれません。"
