"Preis-Leistung war nicht ganz so angemessen. Etwas teuer, dafür, dass es nicht sauber genug war. Die Klimaanlage war außerdem sehr laut. Das Frühstück war dafür aber sehr gut. Parken kostet 30€, was für mich vorher bei der Buchung nicht so ersichtlich war und was, finde ich, auch zu teuer ist. Für Familien ist das Hotel aber gut geeignet, wenn man ein Hotel mitten in Frankfurt sucht und zB zur Messe möchte."

"Room quite spacious. Walking distance to the main hbf. Alot of nearby kiosk and restaurant. The only thing that i dislike is the environment nearby alot of dodgy people taking drugs in the middle of broad daylight. Overall i will say i had a pleasant stay. "This is our third stay at the villa Stokkum. Our family lives in Hannah now and it is a very convenient walk for us back-and-forth to their home as we visit for 10 days. We love this property a few issues this time was that the first week was very warm temperatures what seem to be the air condition? Did not work Very well requested maintenance but still warm front desk was very nice to offer a summer blanket instead of the goose down winter blankets on the bed, which helped the only other issue was the safe in the room was not working, even after mentioning it to the front desk still no repair. We enjoyed many late evenings at the bar staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did not dine at the hotel, but seem to look appetizing as we had to walk through the dining room to our elevator, which is kind of odd. Anyhow, we look forward to staying again. This is our go to Hotel when visiting family. "
