Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. "Plenty of parking. The Spa is really nice. The staff is really nice. The towels are stiff, if you can deal with that it’s good place to stay. The breakfast is good.
