We loved the location, pool, and staff. We struggled to park a van in smaller spots in their lot, but there was free street parking when spots were limited/too tight for a minivan. We hope to be back.

I have been vacationing in WildwoodCrest for over 40 years, staying at several Crest motels. The Shalimar met all of the expectations you look for when staying in the Crest. The pool area was very clean. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Overall it was a great stay.

Our room was GREAT. It was clean, had a full size fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfortable enough, with different pillow options. The beach is walkable & the boardwalk is reachable via the Jitney ($3.00pp each way). We spent the whole day in the pool for several days. 10/10 - would recommend.

Quiet beach get away

Very friendly staff. Clean smelled like bleach. Had to air out. My mini fridge broke but was replaced within 15mins. Close to beach. Shuttle to stop to boardwalk right in front. Rooms are quite. Already reserved my room for next year.

For all of the people there and all of the children, the rooms are surprisingly soundproof and it's a lovely walk to a wonderful beach. Great Uber access.

Second year staying here. Room was very clean and the pool area is well taken care of. Close to the beach and the walk to the boardwalk is about 10 minutes. Will be booking again for next year!

We always stay at the Shalimar. Rooms are updated and very clean. The beach is wonderful in the Crest. The Shalimar is walkable to the boardwalk yet far enough away that it is quiet and relaxing. Great parking too, you do not have to worry that your car will get dinged.

Excellent front desk staff! Very friendly housekeeping too! Rooms are a little dated but relatively clean. Location to beach was good. Lots of dining options to drive to, some close enough to walk. I would recommend!

Great time staying at the hotel. From the cleanliness to the walkable distance to the beach and restaurants, grills to cook on- we enjoyed our time. Good luck parking your car and getting out of your vehicle in the very tight parking spaces on their lot.

When your only choice is independent hotels this is a nice place to stay. Parking spots are extremely tight and difficult to get in and out of car. Place is clean and serves it's purpose with easy access to the beach.

This property was very nice! It exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The beach was a short walk. We were very impressed with the area and with the beach! We will definitely return! I would recommend this property!
