On the day of your arrival, you arrived at the front door at 8:50 am, which was 7 hours before the check-in time and 1 hour prior to check-out. Additionally, you arrived before the front office had opened, which was unexpected. However, we regret that we could not accommodate your request to park on the lot, as it goes against our documented policy.During our conversation, we explained that we have 50 rooms and an equal number of parking spots, and at that particular time, we only had one vacant room from the previous night. Our parking lot is also shared with our onsite café, which has received numerous awards for its excellent food – we're glad you enjoyed it!After reviewing security footage, it was clear that while addressing your concerns, our staff remained courteous and respectful throughout the interaction. You mentioned that your sister had received permission to arrive early, but after reviewing our records, we found that no such permission was granted.When you made the request to combine your reservations, we acknowledged your request. However, at that particular time, our staff had not yet had the opportunity to review the day's check-ins as the office had not opened yet. In hindsight, it would have been helpful if you had contacted us on the day you added an additional night to your reservation to inquire about the possibility of staying in the same room.Upon reviewing the check-ins later in the day, our staff noticed that your request had already been taken into consideration, and arrangements were made to accommodate your stay in the same room as requested.
