"I stayed off Season so pool and hot tub was not opened yet. It’s an older Hotel and looks like some things still need repairs. But all in all it offers what you need for your stay. The staff was friendly, gave me a nice tray with two feeding bowls , a treat and a collapsible bowl to keep for my dog. They also give you a list of Pet Friendly places you can go eat at. My only complaint was i had noisy neighbors in the room next to me which made it really hard for me to get any sleep at night. "

"We had a great time and an excellent experience during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our visit. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the staff responded right away and were always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again."

"Honestly this hotel stay wasn’t great before you book your trip here read all the way to the very bottom where they mention a 200$ deposit, which no big deal but it was entirely too far down the booking for something so important. Parking absolutely sucks they use piggyback parking for 90% of the parking lot meaning if you have to park behind someone you have to leave your keys and move anytime the person in front needs to leave and if you park in front then you have to sit and wait to leave for the person to move to leave. The rooms needed a good cleaning too, when I was checking in someone was also complaining their room was dirty tv didn’t work ac didn’t work and the second day young girls left because their room was dirty with food even still sitting in the microwave from the previous guests and they leave all the bed sheets and towels sitting outside on the ground that are waiting to be washed. The booking advertisement was way deceiving it’s basically just a motel with a fancy name."

"Pros: front desk was super nice and helpful. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room was well kept and clean. Location was great. Cons: room smelled a bit musty. AC wasn’t on when we arrived so it took 24 hours to really get the room cool and get the humidity out. That part of wildwood is really loud at night and the walls/doors aren’t sealed well (against the air or the noise). Our deadbolt didn’t work. We were in a poolside room and the curtains over the large front window barely covered it for privacy, and they weren’t blackout so lots of light came in day and night."
