"The staff at check in were very rude about the pet friendly room we requested. We had called prior to arriving and the manager/ worker told us that we could just let them know when we arrive about the pet situation. Once we arrived, the manager on that evening (Thursday) was tossing materials behind the desk, and shouting that he doesn’t know what he’s going to do about the room. He proceeded to give us a queen suite instead the the king we requested. There were claw marks on the door prior to us getting into the room with our pet.
The breakfast was barely edible, and not much there offered to eat even at opening of the buffet.
Our room was older and parts of the ceiling were coming off in the bathroom. The toilet had a very hard time flushing anything down.
We will not be returning to this specific hotel due to our experience here."
"As a choice member, I was really excited for my stay at this particular location. I’d stay there before the remodel back in 23. Everything was great the pool a little lounge area outside and the breakfast was good. Only problem. I have I killed about five what looked like Beatles in the room throughout the evening kind of freaked me out. I took all my bags and personal belongings to my car and had to lug my toiletries and clothing up even to take a shower. I was scared to bring them home but other than that, it was a good stay thanks for reading."
