Front desk staff made us aware of ongoing construction and asked if if we'd like to put on a higher floor to avoid the noise. Area around hotel is nice, lots of shopping, dining, options and it's within walking distance of the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino "

"I booked this place because of the 8.8 ratings on Hotels.com. Sadly, I regret it now. At best, I’d say it was 6.5. The place is in need of a real good cleaning & maintenance. Our bathroom door would not stay closed unless we wedged a wet rag in the door jamb. There as an AC outlet with the cover plate unattached and exposed electrical wiring due to the USB powered clock needing power from a USB power adapter (see picture). The place was generally pretty grimy. Lot’s of cosmetic weaknesses in the room. Walls were thin enough we could hear people talking next to us. There was a lot of drywall damage, and both chairs in the room were disgusting. I travel fairly often and don’t remember ever giving a hotel a bad review. The staff were very friendly."
