"Beds were HORRIBLE! Hard as rocks. I chose this hotel for their pillow top mattresses. This was not the case. Miserable 2 nights!! Asked the front desk about it and the staffer told me that I was wrong and I must have been looking at a third party description…funny I looked up their specific site and it said the same thing! She called my room about 5 minutes later and offered me a different room, I asked if it had a pillow top bed? No, but I would be a different room. I want my darn pillow top beds you promised!! "

"The hair dryer in my room did not work, after complaining no one fixed it or let me use a different hair dryer. There was some kind of red sauce or blood on the ceiling in my room. I showed the front desk person, but nothing was done about it. There were little bugs crawling on the floor in my room. The carpets were dirty and looked like they weren’t vacuumed often. The day shift front desk person seemed overwhelmed but the night front desk people were nice and friendly. "

"Room had a musty smell and the bed was hard as a rock with bad pillows, but it seemed clean and was very quiet. Breakfast was toast, frosted flakes or raisin bran, or undercooked waffles. Definitely could have used a little better selection, or at least some peanut butter for a protein. Very close to the hard rock."

"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. However, wont book there again. The beds were hard and the pillows were soft they were uncomfortable. The breakfast wasnt that good either. We will book our normal hotel stay next time."

"Excellent stay clean rooms and a great price. Bar and grill on the inside and big place with lots of room. I enjoyed my and the was extremely nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place"

"The room had a strong urine odor. The side door stated locked 24 hrs requiring key card, but it was never locked. This hotel needs some much needed TLC. One positive, the front desk agent was very friendly and efficient. "
