Room was fine, the elevator was scary as it would have a loud clunk when going up. Breakfast room was well kept and full of all options. The lady working there really worked hard.

Good, comfortable room. Far enough from the interstate that not too noisy but right next to a big truck stop. Good breakfast.

My favorite thing about this hotel stay was the 2 firm king size pillows and the sheet quality on the bed. I didn't want to leave!!

Our TV did not work and the front desk did not help us. Then, when checking out, we asked for a discount off our bill and we were told they would not do anything for us but told us to sign up IHG Rewards and we might get some points for future use. Very disappointing.

The furniture in the room showed some wear and tear. The bathroom was pretty basic. While taking a shower, I had to keep turning up the temperature. It seemed that the source of hot water was running out.

Hotel was a bit tired overall and the rooms needed some overhaul as well as common areas. The hotel did feel safe however and was quiet. The cleanliness was fairly good. The breakfast was fine. In terms of Wilcox you will probably not get much better as some other places we looked at were terrible or cost a lot more.

Decent quality and easy overnight.
Was visiting the wine country in Willcox. This is a very convenient hotel, plus it has a Tesla charging station which is great as we drive a Tesla. The hotel is a bit outdated and rough around the edges, but having said that…the sheets, towels, breakfast. All really great. So, ignore the dated wallpaper and scuff marks all around. Perfectly good for an overnight.

Clean room that is large. Bed seems comfortable. I like the location to the highway. Wish it had thermostat control for temperature. I wish bottled water was left for each person in the room.

Room provided smelled heavily of smoke. Room #2 already had someone in it (boy, was that uncomfortable). Room #3 (an upgrade) is fine. Wifi took forever to finally get connected. Not what I expect for a Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed.
