"Clean comfortable room, nice breakfast"

"Room was okay on arrival, went to grab a drink of the complimentary water and seal was broken and half drunken. Most infuriating was noises generated from flushing the toilet sounded like a siren, woken during the night from the same sound from what i assume was another room."

"This should not be advertised as a hotel on Hotels.com as it a conference centre with some small rooms. It also doesn’t have a restaurant on site as advertised it has a canteen at best with limited options. "

"Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms are modern and clean and the top floor bar/restaurant is fantastic with incredible views."

"Its a nice hotel, but the room where we stayed had diety bed sheets some part had blood spots or wine couldnt tell. but overall it was okay "

"The room they gave me was like something out of the 70’s. Heating didn’t work which they knew as there was already an oil filled radiator in the room. Had to ask for another as the room was so cold. No change of room offered at reception. Bathroom sink would not drain and I was left with what is in the photo. Still hadn’t rained when I checked out 3 hours later. Don’t stay here if this is how they treat paying customers. "

"Terrible, needs an upgrade. When I arrived there was a pint glass in the bathroom. Due to a broken flush that was left as there method to flush. "
