"Everything was great - no issues. Car parking was also well integrated but it appeared to be only 24hr blocks. Might be handy if you arrive early to be able to get 26 or 30 if exploring the next day. Room was large and airy, nicely decorated and bathroom was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Only thing I couldn't locate was info about mini bar and if the water in the fridge was complimentary or chargeable. I'd happily stay again."

"The hotel was in a fantastic setting and our room was great. We didn’t have an evening meal there so I can’t comment on that but the breakfast was disappointing. The staff were rude, a large number of tables were left with dirty plates etc even though it wasn’t that busy. We had to ask for basic things like glasses and milk to go with the tea etc because there weren’t restocking them for guests to use. The evening entertainment was fun although go would advise to go with plenty of time as the seats fill up fast leaving many having to stand up at the back. There are Lots of activities to do around the site. Overall it was lovely but some of the staff need to be retrained about customer service."

"Wonderful stay at the Lygon Arms, free and convenient parking. Ideally located right in the heart of Broadway. Bookings for dinner are recommended for both restaurants, excellent cocktails are the bar (no cocktails available at the Tavern). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Lots of walks right from the hotel. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. The spa has very nice changing rooms and showers. Would definitely return. The two small issues we had was our room was right on the High Street (accessed through the dining room) so there was a lot of street noise in the evening with the windows open during the summer as there is no air-con. As our room was only accessible by walking through the dining room, we were told we couldn't wear the provided dressing gowns/slippers when we had to walk through in the dining room when going to the pool/spa and for a massage, so had to bring a change of clothes. I understand the policy completely, but it would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time and given the option to change rooms. When staying again we will request room off the high street and with freer access to the amenities."
