"Room was fine, first moring we were there housekeeping didnt knock before coming in the room. Also, asked front desk if someone can look at shower because it filled with water. Of course no one did everyday shower kept filling up with water, we moved the drain stopper just to make sure but that had nothing to do with it. Parking was ok and never used the laundry or pool. "

"Overall the hotel was not very clean. They clean the surfaces but don't move anything to clean where chairs or ottomans are sitting. The shower curtain rod was slanted like a U so the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. Decor and mountings were all askew. Garbage and broken glass all over the parking lot. Half the toaster was broken. Breakfast was overall ok otherwise. We've stayed in worse places. The hotel isn't bad, it's just gotten run down and needs some deep cleaning and some maintenance."

"Parking was ok, laundry I didn't use. Did notice they half clean and I had to request cleaning even Comet the tub and saw the dirt removed. Rooms had roaches and smelled like a fishy. It also looked like their clientele helped destroy the place."

"The WORST place I’ve ever stayed in. And the price was around $80 per night. I was so tired and it was 3 am in the morning when I already arrived and paid. I should’ve checked the room first. Drug people place. Didn’t feel safe and it was a trash room. "

"I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily opened the window and gained entry. The walls and ceiling are very thin and I heard every sound coming from the hallway and above me, making it hard to stay asleep."
