My wife has limited mobility. They had us on the second floor, no ELEVATOR, no electric chair and 25 steps up and down to the 2nd floor. Staff was only available from 3:30 PM to 11 Am. Old dilapidated, dirty, there was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work, the coat rack, soap dispensers and bathroom racks were falling off of the walls. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We will never stay there again
