We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However the rooms could use some renovation especially the showerhead in the bathroom which we had some trouble with. Overall the location was good and we would visit again.

Hotel is minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Yorktown. Also very conveniently located to a ton of food and shopping places. From desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff and a warm welcome…. Good room with towels changed daily… Only negative was the worm and dirty carpet in the hallway and stairs….

Acceptable and affordable

Hotel needs some repairs but not horrible. The hallway carpet needs replacing. Breakfasts were fantastic and the staff there was amazing.

The staff was amazing so outgoing and helpful especially the housekeeper. I was very disappointed in the pool area The floor was filthy around the pool and the water was not heated. The hot tub was broke down the whole week I stayed there which really angered me.

Good stay

It was a good stay, just a few minor problems, the carpets were dirty, as in old stains, all over thebmain of the hotel hallway and in the room. But the service was excellent, our room's fridge was not working, and they found a solution quickly. And just really nice people at the front desk. Breakfast was nice enough.

The pool area was a little tired. The hot tub was not operational. The pool was very nice. The breakfast area was not filled with enough choices. The employees were very accommodating. They were ready to make your stay as stress free as possible.
