"It should be stated that this is clearly a residential hotel and so has all the "human features" that are typical of a hotel of that sort. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was in need of repairs. It was also strange that they would only service your room if you requested it the day before and would not allow you to just request daily service regardless of the length of your stay. The pool seemed clean but the chlorine was overpowering and made us itchy. Breakfast was free."

"We stayed here for a quick overnight while traveling south. The room was basic and the bed was comfortable. The price was amazing. A basic breakfast was provided, all you need to get out on the road and traveling again. We would definitely visit again, especially for the cost savings of most other hotels. "

"Very clean. Room smelled fresh when we walked in. No harsh chemicals. Just fresh. Nice sized room and bed very comfy. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was decent. Nice variety and coffee was good. Usually the coffee in most hotel breakfast offerings is so so. This was surprisingly tasty. Thanks! We would definitely stay again. "

"Mold in the bathroom, had to leave a day early. Main staff at front desk very difficult to understand their English. "

"The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. It was a very pretty room, and a very clean room, but a very small room. It would work best for a single traveler or a couple sharing a single bed. That said, 24/7 market selections in terms of food and beverages available for purchase were fantastic. And the breakfast was very good as well. Families with small children would like that. They have a DIY pancake machine that you can watch cook your pancakes after adding fun toppings. It was a big hit with the little people in the lobby, so it was a very good stay overall, but just be aware of the very small rooms if you’re coming with your whole family to Hersheypark."
