"This Hotel is one of the best ones I have stayed in in a long time. The room was large and the shower was very nice with modern temperature control ! We really enjoyed the room we had. The bed was very comfortable. "

"Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed it. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good — the potatoes and bacon were delicious, which is rare to find at this level of hotel. There’s also a laundry room on the second floor with two washers and two dryers — $3 per load, which is super convenient. A couple of downsides: the street outside is noisy, so it’s hard to sleep with the window open. Also, the showerhead was not great — the water pressure itself was fine (as seen in the sink), but the showerhead made it feel really weak, which made it hard to properly wash my hair. I really hope they replace it. The elevator was also out of service during our stay, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was good, and I’d definitely stay here again despite the shower discomfort."

"Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern decor. The bed was comfortable, and she appreciated the large windows offering a full view of Niagara Falls from the top floor, absolutely breathtaking. Special Note – Room Surprise & Service: On a very positive note, I had reserved and paid for the room for a friend’s birthday. I called room service the same day to arrange a surprise, and they were incredibly helpful. They offered to mix and match dishes, wine, cake, and more to help make it special. Best of all, I could easily pay with my own credit card over the phone and have everything delivered straight to her room. It made the experience feel very personal, big thumbs up for that level of customer care. Area for Improvement – Payment Policies: One issue we ran into was with the $150 resort fee. While I had prepaid the room charges online, the resort fee had to be paid at the hotel. Unfortunately, my friend didn’t have a credit card, and the hotel would not accept cash for it. It took nearly an hour of back-and-forth, including a couple of phone calls and having them email me an authorization form to fill out and return before they would check her in. The process was stressful, especially since I had made the booking in advance and wished this could have been handled more smoothly. It would be helpful if the resort clarified this policy at the time of booking or offered more flexible options for guests without credit cards. "

"Friendly staff, clean room. Someone did try to come in once we had checked in (after 3pm) we’re not sure if it was housekeeping but we feel it was a miscommunication issue because no one tried to come in again. Everything else was great. The breakfast was really good too. "

"The hotel was close to everything. We didn’t need a car to go to the national Park. Very convenient! Nancy at the front desk was exceptional! "
