My husband and I went the week of my birthday April 14th 2026. The hotel was clean and well kept I especially loved the beach with its beautiful water and sand. The employees were friendly and polite especially the chef Jo Anne, Sonia the bartender, kelroy the server and colvis the other bartender. We had a wonderful time we surely will be back again.

We had the Best room !! Facing the ocean and right over teh beach area. ALL areas of teh resort were very well maintained and cared for. My sister and I just came back from our 5th consecutive yearly vacation at Pineapple Beach. The staff has always been particularly friendly and helpful and the resort has always been very clean and well-maintained. Each year there have been improvements from the rooms to the food. This year there were new and better beach chairs and towels. A big improvement was that now one can reserve the specialty restaurants any time of day for one's entire stay, which wasn't the case in previous years. The beach was as glorious as ever. We also appreciated a more noticeable security staff around the grounds. We love how relaxed and casual this resort is - no pretense at all. We cannot wait to go back again next year!

We had an amazing week! The facility is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The staff are fantastic. We especially appreciated Anika in guest services, as well as Renee and Clementina in the coffee shop. We were "stuck" in Antigua due to the airspace closure and the front reception staff were incredible at helping us cope. We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this is clearly one of our favorites.

Amazing view from our room of the ocean. The staff are incredibly kind albeit there were a few who were visibly annoyed at even the simplest of requests at the bars. Beach was amazing. Food was AMAZING, the buffet in particular. Honestly no complaints aside from the somewhat dated rooms but that’s if you get one that isn’t renovated.
