"Check in was ok but clerk was busy lecturing me on how things worked so finally get floor we were on and were greeted with car pee smell very stained up carpet finally in room all furniture was gross broken down and straight worn out! The bed was good enough but the pillows were just old lumpy and terrible. We walk out of the building to walk dogs to be greeted every time by people smoking right by the door which we had to walk thru the pet area was covered in tall weeds. This entire property has changed. I’m pretty sure they have several people who are taking up permanent residence at this location, felt more like a flop house than hotel. This will be my last time staying there "

"Generally the place is good. Easy access off the freeway, parking is good, and the breakfast is sufficient. The only drawback is all the smell of pot. The property is non-smoking, but I suppose the pot heads think it doesn’t apply to them."

"Cockroach in our room the second we got in. Brought it to the front desk they were super busy the guy said he would talk to me but instead he was extra rude saying that his manager would be in in the morning and talk to him then. So I did. He told me essentially to kick rocks and get a refund through Expedia. Is that happening? Unsure still waiting. There is NO complimentary breakfast like advertised. At 4am we had to call the police because of a guy overdosing across the hall from us. It was the absolute worst stay. We had our babies."

"Room was very small for a king bed. Shower had some mold, bathroom door seemed like it had water damage. Room wasn’t good enough for the price charged."
