Bed was okay, there was a ton of gnats right outside our door before entering that entered the room when we do and not only were there a couple roaches that came from behind the headboard (my fiance killed them) we were exhausted from driving so after checking the bed and around it we just went to bed, but in the morning (like about 8ish AM) the door opened from someone that worked there I guess not knowing someone was in there?? My fiance and I were asleep so by the time we tried saying someone was in there they opened the door realizing someone was in there and quickly closed it.

Clean and reasonable value for the price. Would stay here again. It's a motel though, meaning your door goes directly outside which could be a comfort thing for some people.

The woman at the front desk was great. Friendly, helpful and a quick check in. The we arrived at our room which had the weirdest strongest scent of... I don't even know what(wax and almond scent??)! So strong that when awaking at night it caught in my throat. There doesn't appear to be any soundproofing in the exterior walls. People arriving late and repeatedly opening and closing doors. Standing and blabbing on the parking lot on arrival at 3 am.

We arrived at the property several hours early and were able to get a room immediately. When the clerk saw that my friend was using crutches for a broken leg he booked us into a handicapped room which worked out quite well for her. Thanks so much for the wonderful service, if ever in Willows again we will return.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had all of the amenities that anyone could want. The breakfast was the best I have had in this country.

Check in and room were good. Next morning while placing plate on tray there was movement out of the corner of my eyes. By the waffle maker and hot plate a mouse ran across the counter. Needless to say breakfast was over. When I mentioned to clerk at the counter she stated, “oh yes, we have seen them in the lobby and we have exterminators that come every month”! GREAT I delayed this review but it was pretty gross

As soon as we arrive, there was a man passed out on the bench right next to the reception door. Staff at the front counter was friendly. Room was full of spiderwebs, silverfish, mosquitoes and other bugs. Sink was clogged. We slept terribly and we were extremely grossed out by the room. Would not recommend staying here, especially at that price. Doesn’t feel like a Best Western at all, just a roadside motel. The hotel needs an updated but more than anything it needs some major cleaning.

I was really disappointed with this property after seeing the positive reviews when booking. The door to our room and the surrounding area around the door was covered in bugs. The pillows are mini and less than half the size of normal pillows. The faucet of the sink leaks when you turn it on, creating a watery mess on the counter. The place seems overall run down. The business center is unusable as “it’s like a sauna” - words from the front desk at checkin. When I requested a late checkout so I could have a place to take my work meeting, the manager was completely in accommodating, said it would be an extra charge (even though they weren’t fully booked that night), and copped an attitude. The area around the hotel is littered with trash. Would not stay here again if it were the only available place in town.
