You get what you pay for
It worked for the 1 night. Try not to put anything on the very old carpeting that can't have been cleaned in a long time. Had to rate clean factor low because of this, we can though otherwise it was clean. Could only connect one device to Wi-Fi. Staff very nice. This is likely family owned and run by people with limited resources to refurbish.

Stayed just 1 night on my wsy to LA. The room was clean and i can see why it had a 3.5 rating on Expedia. The checkin and checkout was quick and polite. The only thing undesirable about this lodging is the location.

On website property said pet friendly when I got there late night I was told no they are not and I hand a non refundable room after lots of arguing they made exception but pets had to stay on floor with an extra charge.

The manager was very kind and very nice. The place was a mile off the highway. For an older place it was a great place to stay if you're traveling through. I felt safe.

My boyfriend and needed a motel last minute for a work trip and this was the cheapest for the area we were going to be in. I called earlier in the day to ensure someone will be at the front late at night. Man was extremely friendly on the phone and when we arrived around 11p same day still nice enough to tell us how to work the thermostat. No bugs inside the room but gnats outside your door at night just watch for that. Didn't get to explore the area since we just need a place to crash for the night but we'll definitely be back!

This place bugs ...
This was quite possibly the worst stay of any hotel, the place was crawling (litterally crawling) with cockroaches. Everywhere on all the walls, the ceiling, out of under the microwave as if waiting and they ran out when the microwave door closed. My girl freaked out as expected when something like this happens, I'm scared that I may have to throw away and replace everything that we brought to that hotel with us since it could cause an infestation at our home i bring our luggage into our home after it being inside of there. I ended up stuck, with nowhere to sleep except my car in a parking lot due to fear she has of contaminating our home with them. The manager was rude about a refund which I am havent recieved and also charged me a Cash pet fee for my federally registered cardiac alert k9 which is illegal as far as I know. I don't get much alone time with her and I doubt I'll get much more anytime soon after this experience I feel like an exterminator should be complimentary service to anyones home who has stayed here. I have photos and videos .

Decent property, clientele ruined our stay
The property is a decent budget motel and our room was clean. The staff was fine and is right across the street from a popular burger/bar. Unfortunately, our TV didn't work, which we didn't discover until we turned it on late at night in an attempt to drown out the extremely loud sounds of the couple in the room next to us, who provided a nonstop soundtrack suitable for an adult film until 4am, then started again at 6am. We could only assume their stamina and vocal exuberance was fueled by chemicals. As a result, we had zero sleep and a terrible stay. With a different clientele, this would have been an above average stay for the price.

Amazing and Quiet motel
My husband and I stayed for five nights. The owners/ staff are super kind and quiet. They sweep up the daily rice bugs, don't hassle their customers. Quiet little hotel. No bugs in the rooms, unless you leave the door open at night. But it is the area, not the hotel rooms. We were in town to visit my family, AND they extended put stay for the rate that we started the trip with. I would recommend this inn to anyone staying in Willows.

Horrible.
Reserved a room. Told them qe qould be checking in late. When we got there they told me they had no vacancy and turned us away. I showed our reservation explained i had 3 children in the car he said nope he did not care. So do not recommend using this hotel if you are checking in late. Qe had to drive arou d and find a hotel to sleep for the night it was a nightmare.

I would stay here again.
I would stay here again. I have nothing bad to say about this motel. It was clean, did not smell bad. It was better than I expected for the price. If you are expecting a super nice hotel, go spend $150 a night down the street.
