"The hotel has a classic feel but definitely feels new and modern in many ways. The layout has the feel of an 80s-style resort. Things are spread out, the rooms are in a separate building than the lobby, there's a pool, and the grounds are decorated really nicely. The decor feels very 2010s - clean lines, neutral colors, mixed textures. No one would be offended by it. And probably no one would be excited by it. I really appreciated the warm lighting in the room, rather than harsh cool lights. The tech feels maybe 5 years old. No USB-C, but there are USB-A and standard plugs by the bed. The table in my room was height-adjustable, which I thought was cool. The TV has streaming services built in, but you can't wireless stream to it from your own device. I have Marriott Gold status and should get an upgrade at check-in. I felt a bit gaslit as the front desk person tried to convince that by being on a high floor and having a full balcony I already had an upgrade. The 12th floor was indeed nice, though I wasn't facing Disneyland. And every room in the hotel that I could see had a full balcony. I paid for a lounge-access room, and I definitely wouldn't do that again for the price. The breakfast was continental plus eggs. The evening snacks felt a bit sparse, and alcohol wasn't included. And the lounge is back in the main lobby, so you can't just pop in real quick from your room. Overall I really enjoyed my experience. It is a very solid hotel. "

"Hotel is new, clean… spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There’s a restaurant, 2 heated pools, rooftop for watching fireworks from Disney. A coffee shop/ store in lobby. Great staff… I got an amazing deal on 2 rooms. You can walk to Disney but it’s a long one but very convenient to Uber. Everything is great! My only issue was lack of hot water… it was warm but only 1 time was it actually hot and that was at 10:30 pm. Other than that.. amazing! "

"Awesome property. Immediately became one of my favorite Hotel properties not only in Los Angeles but worldwide. Their Gallery Bar and Grill in the lobby is an absolute must for morning coffee and you gotta try the burger for lunch/dinner. Lifelong road warrior for business and many hotels I've experienced have 5 Star rankings without really being at that level... The Biltmore Los Angeles is 100% 5 Star in my opinion. Fantastic Hotel property across the board that also offers a museum quality history of Los Angeles across the property with beautiful artwork and timeless photos. This is a MUST STAY property in Los Angeles."
