The hotel really needs a deep cleaning. The elevators and hallways had debris and crumbs on the floors that were never vacuumed during a five day stay. The housekeeping in rooms wasn’t great, never received fresh towels and the breakfast options were limited.

Really Enjoyed My Stay

Jackson greeted me at the front desk and he is awesome. I was eligible for early check in which was great. The hotel is clean and neat, including my room. I felt welcomed, comfortable and safe during my visit. I look forward to returning in the future and recommending this hotel. Thank you!

The place was neat and clean. I was unhappy with the service ( or lack of). I was told we would get our room serviced every other day. However, the only “service” we got was fresh towels once. Our beds were not made, trash wasn’t picked up, and no cleaning was done. We stayed there 5 days. I received an apology and points towards a future booking as compensation.
