The rooms were very dirty the bathroom was horrible we had to wear shoes in the shower the tub was filthy the sheets had stains and the first room they tried to put us in had cigarette burns all over the mattress

Horrible service. Room was NOT CLEAN. Hair on sheets, and when I pulled the pillow back, A ROACH BUG was crawling under it! I called and spoke to manager that said " we're not giving you your money back, you are free to leave if you want to"!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! And I never got an apology or refund!

The motel did not do house keeping after the last guests. There was still shampoo, trash, and soap still in the room. After I paid all fees and deposit online, they still asked for another $100 when I checked in. They are refusing to give my deposit back because they are claiming I “smoked” in the room.
