"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. "Very dissatisfied. Room size smaller than my room on cruise ship. A/C in room did not work no matter how we adjusted thermostat. View from room was of other hotel rooms. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was very overpriced for quality of room. Checking out to get bill copy was a complete "train wreck". No order or directions to make check out easier. I could have done express check out, but i wanted to see my bill to be sure it was correct. As a Hilton Honors member, I could not recommend this property to others."
