"This was the second time staying here. This time was during the winter, while the first was in the summer. This is a nice place to stay with clean and spacious rooms. Flat and easy walking distance to Buffalo beach, Ferry landing and town centre. The heater in the room was very efficient at keeping the temperature warm during cold mornings and nights. Staff were friendly and approachable. We werent aware that the laundry closed when the office hours finished in the evening and when we returned to collect the washed clothes the door was locked, however with a phone call they came promptly to help. We enjoy swimming and used the pool in the summer. We had seen on the website prior to coming this second time that the pool was heated to 29 degrees, however the water felt cold to touch when we went to the pool and so didn’t end up using the pool this time"
"The bed was too hard for me but I had recently had surgery. Normally a hard bed wouldn’t bother me. I thought the motel was great clean roomy everything one needs it would be great place to stay in summer with the deck and views. Friendly motelier. "
